Fire Flow Availability Form
Please upload the County of Los Angeles Fire Department Fire Flow Availability Form (Form 196 or Form 195). Part I "Project Information" must be completed and signed by the Applicant before submittal or this request cannot be processed. It is also necessary to upload the document that the Fire Department entered/stamped the fire flow requirements on to. This is most commonly the site plans.
