WATER PLAN CHECKS

The Palmdale Water District (District) uses a cloud-based project management system named CIPO for Developer projects. This system offers a centralized location for submitting water plans for review and various requests throughtout the life of the project.

To submit water plans, which are ready for District review, a user profile will need to be set up in CIPO. Please enter the required information below. The District will set up the project in CIPO using the data entered. An invitation email will be sent with a link. Using the link, the user profile will need to be set up and then water plans may be submitted.
